phi mu reasoning

Can someone tell me why they think Phi Mu is top tier? A legit reason, not they've always been and always will be?
What area are they better than Delta or AXiD?

Honestly they are still top tier because of
the high rank they have had thru the years. The girls they have wanted have to appear to be wealthy but not necessary. They want a pretty girl who has an attitude but not a lot of depth . Think blank stare. So yeah things could change but delta is still below them rn.

That's the thing. They have not been legitamately Top Tier in the last 3 years. People have been arguing only on here and frankly their pledge classes have been below average for a top tier. Even last year's class was supposed to be them coming back and everyone desistered. They are a dead man walking and NOT top tier.
The thing is no one really cares that much if they are top tier or not except Phi Mu. Most people just snicker or roll their eyes when they see the Phi Mu letters.
