by: ?Looks like the underground frats got the best 3 pledge classes this year. Elon's plan to remove these fraternities have failed. They are all in good hands for many years to come. For The people who don't believe this, it's time to wake up and accept it

The consensus is the off campus groups will begin declining next year after the cool seniors graduate and they lose party houses. As in the past, many of the new recruits will stop pledging in a month on two. I think KS will last a little longer but as an aggregate no long term future joining off campus groups.

^^^ You guys say the same thing every year. The off-campus frats are flourishing without the over site of the university administration. They are all ranked higher that the on campus groups.
