Delta has been getting good pledge classes. Phi Mu has been getting bad pledge classes for a long time. Even last year's Phi Mu class had so many people unaffiliate and that was their best class in years.
Just stop it. They traded places last year. This year just cemented it. Delta is 3rd Top Tier, Phi Mu is middle tier and if they don't get their act together they will drop further in a couple of years.

Just because Delta got a good PC doesn’t mean their top tier now. Yes, I agree they got a good PC but I still don’t think they’re top.
