Dirty rushing is promising a potential new member a bid, saying "you're going to get into my sorority" or worse intimidating them into it
If you're part of it, first of all don't pay any attention to it. Where you go needs to be entirely YOUR decision. If you're super concerned, email the office of greek life, but know this is a super serious offense and you shouldn't report it if you aren't sure of it/it isn't bothering you that much
