I personally think Phi Mu is still a little higher just because of history but they are definitely slipping for sure.
Tri Delta and Axid come off as very similar, but judging by the past two most recent pcs I'd say Delta has a bit of an edge. Both sororities are known for being very friendly, fun, driven, studious, partiers, and very involved so you can't really go wrong though

I'm graduating, so I will just let you know that in my 4 years Phi Mu has had a stained history the whole time. I know what they were back in the past, but they have not been Top Tier even once in the last 4 years. This is not new information.
They might be turning things around, but they said that all 4 years I've been here if you count this year. There's a lot of sororities. If Phi Mu is for you, go there. Don't go there for their in the past reputation. I mean Phi Mu used to be interlocked with Kappa Sig. Look where they are now.

Phi Mu is before delta and azd but I think azd is better than delta.
