In no particular order:
Sig Chi: great parties, tied to sigma but also pull other sororitys, brothers are typical "fratty" state-school ish guys, love chicks
Kappa Sig: most/best houses, close w zeta, seem more interested in talking to eachother than with girls, preppy boarding school types, secretive, lots of Connecticut
Pi Kapp: crazy party guys, close w phi mu, fun and flirty, close with Kappa Sigs, secretive, lots of Massachusetts
Lambda: mix of chill and "fratty" type, close w phi mu, losing ground because of lost houses
KA: similar to and close with Sig Chi bros, except more artsy types, variety of sororities, smaller fraternity but has a new promising house

Yes, you are right. We are so upset we were not mentioned in these total inaccurate descriptions of fraternities
