fraternity and sorority togetherness

Are there certain fraternities that "team up" or spend a lot of time with certain sororities? Does every fraternity and sorority have a match up that they party with and hang out with the most?

There's no real easy way to answer this like everyone has their sweethearts but that doesn't mean that that's the only other people they hang out with it really doesn't matter everyone sorta hangs out with everyone

Although I agree with the comment below certain frats do tend to hang with certain sororities
Kappa Sig with Phi Mu
Sig Chi with Zeta, sometimes Phi Mu/Sigma
KA with Zeta/Phi Mu, sometimes Sigma
Lambda with Zeta/Phi Mu
Pi Kapp with Sigma/AZD
Sig Pi with AZD/Delta/Sigma Kappa/Sigma and rarely with Phi Mu/Zeta
Sig Ep with AZD/Delta/Sigma Kappa/KD/AOII
DU with AChiO

There's really no blatant matching or pairing between organizations and most frats try to mix with all top and mid tier sororities. Sometimes sweethearts play a role like SigEp's sweetheart was AOII and AOII's sweetheart was SigEp so they mixed and had pre games together a lot. Top tiers frats mix with top and mid tiers sororities for the most part.
