frat rankings post spring ‘19 rush

What would you guys rank frats after last spring rush? What I’ve heard is

TOP:
Sig chi
Kap sig
Lambda
KA

What about the rest?

Sig chi is top, then kap sig,lambda, sig ep. Old pi kapp and KA are beat now.

Lambda is more top tier than KS. But they really took a hit with the last class graduating. Elon killed them publicly with the death sentence. Will they go underground and cause havoc?

This is basically right. KS Lambda is splitting hairs. ZBT Beta is too. Those are even to me.

Why can't the girls rank with any accuracy? Oh yeah, they are girls.

TOP:
Sig Chi (rising)
Lambda (falling due to losing seniors and plant)
Old Pi Kapp (falling)

Sig Ep (starting to rise into top tier due to acquiring plant but not quite there yet)


UPPER MIDDLE:
KA (falling due to having such small pcs)
Kap Sig (falling due to gaining irrelevance)


MIDDLE:
Beta (rising, nice guys but parties can be a little boring/vanilla)
ZBT (stable, fun parties and mixes with a lot of orgs)


LOWER MIDDLE:
New Pi Kapp (rising, still fairly new and some weird guys but generally super nice and popular with sophomores and freshman girls)


BOTTOM
DU (stable, nice boys that you'd bring home instead of party with)
New Sig Pi (lol too early can't say but currently random af)


BONUS: Club Baseball (fun asf, hot boys, athletes >>>, making saturdays a thing here)
