Who are the other Top Tiers? They all have sucked since last year.

Lambda is gone. Sigma Chi is just boring compared to previous generations. Kappa Sig is not Top Tier. KA can barely recruit. ZBT and Beta are not Top Tier. Old Pi Kapp is an unrecognized anomaly and can't last much longer.
Face it. SPE is liked be many of the sororities and has Plant. Does that make them top tier? Maybe. Maybe not. But it's not really controversial or obvious either way. Get over it, losers. You do realize the women at Elon "generally" despise most of you, but you host the parties. That's why so many of them are bicurious or have long distant (not gonna last) boyfriends.
