-Pi kapp is okay for now but will die out if the new pi kapp doesn't get kicked off.

Deny it all you want. Sig Ep will be above Kappa Sig and probably top 2 now that they have plant. Sorority girls can't resist it and throwing day drinks is mindlessly easy.
Also, lots of Sig Eps are prettyboys and the girls are already dating them. Rest of you frats are getting banned and Sig Ep is the new soft fratboy of the future.
