zbt tries so hard to be the "party-hard" boys but they do such a poor job. Their parties are soooo lame (every one is like an aoii mixer) and their daydrinks do not come close to beta's. They generally stick to sk aoii kd and axo, axid if theyre lucky. Obviously there is some decent guys but they should stop trying to have an image they aren't. Beta on the other hand is super involved on campus and rarely if ever in trouble w the school. Great daydrinks and nice boys but some questionable ones in the older grades. def not concerned w being known for their social scene. Super closed w delta, mix w axid delta sk aoii and sigma (unlike zbt).

zbt parties are worse than high school house parties. beta is no animal house either but they’re social scene is above zbt’a which is funny bc zbt is just off brand KA

Honestly it depends. Beta is hardly a real fraternity, there’s no pledging so the brothers don’t know each other, and their parties are very lame. ZBT on the other hand, is poorly managed, way less involved then beta, and are probably bigger social climbers, which is a bad look. All in all, it’s just opinion. I’d say ZBT is a better fraternity overall, but that’s just me. Both are still middle tier.

Not sure this is even a debate. It's like trying to compare Ka with Sig Ep. two orgs with completely different structures and values. One group will likely be off campus in the next 5 years, while the other won't. If you care more about being hardos & hazing, bam you found your crowd. This would have been a conversation 20 years ago, but the standards of Greek life are changing. Nothing against the ZBT boys, but next post. End of story

never said sk as a whole was wilder than delta as a whole. the SKs that do go out are actually quite wild though. specifically the younger ones that go to zbt a lot.
