If you average every spot number for each sorority it leads you to the final ranking of (lower average is "better"):

Tier 1: ZETA/SIGMA (2.5)
Tier 2: AXID/DELTA (3.75)
Tier 3: PHI MU (4)
Tier 4: AOII (4.5)
Tier 5: SK (5.25)
Tier 6: AXO (6.25)
Tier 7: KD (6.5)
