Middle is most selective in terms of personality. For top you have to be hot or a big partier. For middle you have to be cute, smart, and go out. For bottom you have to be smart.

“Top tier” girls also have personalities, sometimes that’s hard to see when all you hear is rumors and people saying not nice things about them. There are funny easy going girls in the top tier, middle tier and bottom tier sororities. Just like there are arrogant mean girls in every sorority. You aren’t going to find a single sorority with out at least one not nice girl, just like in life not everyone is nice. Instead of focusing on tier and rumors you should try making your own judgements about girls and meeting as many older girls as possible to try and feel out where you feel like you fit.
