zeta
by: EmilyOk so obviously zeta is the top sorority here. What I want to know is why? Because they are so beautiful. Beauty is something that is inside and out. They are the most unfriendly girls I have ever met. You would think that the sophomore class would know what it feels like to be new at a school and trying to make friends. I know a bunch of people here from my home town and have been introduced around. They are rude and so unwelcoming. Willl they instantly become friendly during recruitment? I just call that fake! It’s good to see true colors right away.

Ya I am completely confused. I know you are the number one sorority on campus. Every person I have asked. But he sophomores I met are so rude and unfriendly. Girls from other sorority have asked me and some my friends to go out to dinner which is so nice. It’s like they are too good for us or something. I met a bunch of zeta sophomores last year when I came to visit in the fall they were so nice to me and were telling me how amazing Elon was and they partially helped make my university decision. Not because they were in zeta I just remember how nice they were. I kind of was on the look out for zeta when i moved in and all I have gotten is a bunch of stuck up girls. Apparently all of the junior class is abroad first semester. But I am not making a choice of a sorority based on who I met last year. I am starting from scratch. I have all semester to figure it out but was just super disappointed and I completely agree with this post. It’s the younger girls who I will be here with the longest so I have to reset my mind and get my memories from last year gone and find a different bunch for me. There is no fixing the self absorbed and rudeness that I have come across so far.

Yes I met a few of the House girls from zeta. They were so rude and full of themselves I was so excited because I heard zeta was the top sorority at Elon. I had no idea they were “house girls” or zetas it was not until the guys I was with told me who they were. I was so confused as I really was told they are very nice. The guys told me that the junior class is all away and they are really cool. But I would only want to be in a sorority where the people in it closer to my year are kind.

Check out the girls in the freshman class who want to rush Zeta... shallow, rude and completely self absorbed. Already stabbing each other in the back to self promote. Total losers!

That does not mean Zeta will take them. I am not going to defend all Zeta girls, but many of them are sweet and great people. They just tend to be rich and do a lot of things that make other girls jealous. With all that privilege you will get some spoiled brats. I see those same brats in many sororitys and outside Greek life. They tend to get hated on.
