is money a deciding factor for top tier strats?

how important is having money to top tier sororities? could you get a bid from a top tier even if you aren't wealthy?

not really sure it def has some impact but most people who come to elon are wealthy so everyone just assumes everyone else is wealthy too.

Not a deciding factor except in that money is a way to make yourself seem cooler since you can buy the right clothes, car, etc.
