true cost of sorority life

Ik different chapters have varying dues, but what about the extra stuff? How much are members expected to spend on philanthropy and other stuff?

Technically you don’t have to spend money on extra things but if you don’t it’s kind of frowned upon. I would budget about 300-500 a year for “extras” (formals, philanthropy, big little, t-shirts, snacks, themed mixers etc.)
