what makes sig chi top tier?

the most amount of girls like sig chi probably... some people hate them and they are douchey but they have the best themes and date parties and usually daydrinks compared to the others... most would agree its them KA and lambda up top w Ksig right behind and same as pi kapp

Look at the few trolls on here trying to control this. Girls in general like Sigam Chi which is why they are the top of the bunch. They are not that great, they just keep it generally more fun.
Kappa Sigma is turning around and is taking Lambda material. Their douchebag image from my years here will probably be forgotten in 2 years, but they are hardly that great Miss Wtf. Sig Ep is liked by a lot of the girls and hated by most of the other frats. Their president spewing the N word is kind of behind them, but if I am still remembering it, it kind of is not.

This is true, but Lambda are still top tier this year and will fade more each year. They might maintain like Pi Kapp.
