how hard is it to join a sorority as a sophomore?

Depends on the sorority. It's pretty hard for a top tier, unless you are really good friends with lots of them. It's super simple with AXO or KD or AOPi.

Is it better to wait until fall or try now to get to know the girls? It seems so awkward. Not sure even how to go about it.

Pretty hard to go top. Easier to go sk/aoii/delta/azd (although I would recomend getting to know girls) and no problem to go axo or KD. Every year a quota is set for the number of sophomores a sorority has to take so unless you’re dead set on zeta or sigma it shouldn’t be a huge problem. In terms of getting to know girls just go to daydrinks and complement girls. Have convos with them. Dress trendy. Not much else to do.

The question wasn’t shallow at all ????^ She obviously wanted to know what other sophomore girls experiences were with rushing .
