unfortunately, it’s considered hazing to force them to do anything, including not to drink. middle tiers are worried about their rep with FSL so they won’t make them do it anymore.

No Phi Mu is letting their girls go out. It was all they could do to get pledges. They have turned o desperate and are clawing to stay up top. They are firmly in the middle and they know it. They are trying anything

I feel bad for Phi Mu. My older sibling used to really love her friends there. I don't think they can ever get back to the classy accomplished girls on top.
