So how does voting work for like zeta sigma and phi mu? There are so many girls how do they remember the ones they want?? Does only a few have to vote for you to be in or all of them?

You don't get to know this stuff. It's not even that consistent from sorority to sorority. You just have to present your best self and hope it's a mutual fit.

The top tiers typically have their recruitment committee decide and the popular/ influencers decide. I have know girls who had lots of friends and connections in a a top tier and thought they would get in but they didn’t know the seniors or most of the recruitment committee so the opinion/ votes of friends didn’t end up mattering. Now they are mostly in middle sororitys.
