getting a bid

If you go to lunches, hangout and go out with sorority sisters at night will you most likely receive a bid? I know it is not guaranteed but do you still have a very high chance if you are very good friends with a lot of them?

I did the same things you are and it didn’t happen for me. Yet that works for some people. Guess it depends on sorority and if your friends have any pull with the recruitment committees within the sorority you like.
