They don't have the resources to go the pi kapp route. It's sad but their status goes nowhere but down from here. No matter how much beef anyone has with lambda it's hard not to feel bad. The way things are going tho they can expect some off campus company on the coming years

Elon bought Museum and they've been harassing all the frat houses off-campus. I think they are planning to become an all girl's campus.

Lambda's out, Pi Kapp got another year and Sigma Pi is maybe still bottom half. That's gonna put smiles on those douches at Sig Ep. They call someone an N word and still move up the ladder. Even Kappa Sig is just waiting for people to get knocked off.
No way Lambda keeps Plant. I bet you the University is talking to the owner already.
