how does recruitment work?

Day 1: you go to all 9 sororities and talk to people for 5-15 minutes depending on how each house does it.
Day 2: called philanthropy day, but really there's just a short video shown about the individual philanthropy and it's just a longer chance to talk and get to know you. you go back to no more than 5/9 houses.
Day 3: Pref day. you go back to a max of 2 houses. 45 minutes in each house. generally really sappy stories are shared to make you want to go there.
Day 4: Bid day! if you get a bid you get to do all that fun stuff like get a tshirt take pics you know.

also the person who welcomes you to each house is the recruitment chair, not president
