Everyone knows they've been throwing parties on campus the last 2 years. "Jo King" is nobody to decide if they are or are not Pi Kappa Phi. A fraternity doesn't need Elon to recognize them to be who they are and express their values. You think a certain other Frat just disappeared off campus before they got reinstated? Also, the fraternity that keeps outing Pi Kappa Phi is becoming more public knowledge. It's the jealous losers you would expect.

Never heard of them. Hardos founded in the 1900s nationally. Prestige fraternities @ Elon founded way, way before.
