jobs?
by: wonderingWhich sorority has the most sisters with job offer before graduation? I know most of the focus here is bashing this and that one just curious who really is winning outside of the Elon bubble.

Networking is in part a function of power of national organization. We heard a talk the other day that a major recruiter always gives a first interview to sisters from her house and I don't think this is unusual at all. Major houses nationally: DDD, Theta, XO, Kappa, DG, PiPhi and in the South there is Zeta, Phi Mu, KD, DZ. No mention of Sigma anyplace as they aren't a major.

But so many girls in Sigma have jobs by their senior year. Good try at singling them out. So many girls in KD do not, but once KD girls talk to Alums they do. And most Sigma girls have alum connections too.
I don't know why someone can't just be an achiever and do summer internships.

Idk, the bottom and middle tiers are more qualified here at Elon, but the top tiers have better connections and networking.
I'd put my money on KD, but not sure.
