frat tiers and explanations

Top-
Sig chi/lambda - interchangeable based on preference, but pretty unanimously considered the top 2. As long as lambda has plant they'll be up here. Pull lots of top tier (zeta/sigma/Phi mu) girls.
Kappa sig/pi Kapp/ka - also interchangeable by preference. Also pulls mostly top tier girls

These are often considered the only relevant frats in terms of top tier sororities.
Middle-
Sig ep - top of middle tier. Pretty decent day drinks and still get a fair amount of top tier girls.
Beta/zbt - day drinks can't really compete with the top, but parties have been improving and they pull and mix with a lot of mid tier (delta, sk, aopi, axd) girls. Tequilla Tuesday is huge now for zbt as beta got some good houses and parties have been pretty good as of recently.

Bottom-
Sig pi - already pretty irrelevant but losing crackshack was a killer.
Du - entirely irrelevant outside of maybe some bottom tier (axo, kd) girls.

I agreed with you until you got to Sig Ep. They are going to be shunned by a lot of people this year and that will keep them from being top of middle. They are just as relevant as Beta and ZBT now, meaning not really.

Sig Pi was on its way up, but lost crackshack. I am not sure if they will stay middle or drop to bottom.

I don't get how you put Sig Ep at top of middle and Sig Pi in the bottom. Sig Ep was top of middle last year and Sig Pi was middle last year. That's the only bias I see in your ranking from the truth. No matter what the top part or relevant part is right.

The battle of the Kapps is the most interesting.
KS - Legacy and falling, but think they are not
KA - Rising, not as legacy as KS
Pi Kapp - Not legit but pulling
