How do I start the girl flirting? I really want to get to know some sorority girls and I hear that they go on dates. I don't have my heart set on any sorority I am just excited to start meeting them.

Omg, I love your dress, hair, shoes, necklace, crocs... whatever.

The next step is to just say you love them, their personality, their music taste, style or sense of humor.

Flattery is a decent part of flirting, but at some point you better get real or everyone will just think of you as a dumb flirty or groupie.
