your chances are still decent but think about it. if they have a set group of girls already picked (which they will) that means there are less spots available for you if you're not apart of the said group. so really if you want top tier so bad, try to meet as many girls as you can and put in effort. and if you don't end up top it's likely for a reason and it's for the best

We are trying to meet girls up until formal recruitment so don't give up after the first few weeks of school. And I know my sorority is not looking for specific friend groups because that obviously doesn't work out. Just look at this past years sororitys that did that and it is a disaster. So keep going to the parties with your cute clothes and your fab personality and meet as many sorority girls as you can.
