So i heard the best way to meet girls in sororities is going out and partying. I know you're not suppose to have your eye on one but I've heard really good things about tri sigma at elon. If i want to meet as many sigmas as possible what frats should i be going to the most??

I would say Sig Chi, KA, Pi Kapp would be most likely. Don't give up on Lambda to have some sigmas there but Zeta likes to run that show.

If you want to meet some sorority girls I would say head to the day drinks. I haven't met a sigma that didn't like a good day drink and thats not a bad thing.
