They still pull a strong pool of girls from bottom, mid to top.
They are no Sigma Chi or Lambda, but they aren't douches like Beta.
Strong Middle which is respectful since they are not official right now.

Idk about strong middle. For an underground fraternity, they're nothing like pi kapp. These guys are a solid bottom middle "frat" at best. Only thing that makes them better than beta is how long they've been around

Yeah they definitely have not been able to do the underground thing nearly as well as pi kapp

True, Pi Kapp is doing it better, but Sig Ep is still higher than Beta and the other Bottom Tiers. Being Bottom Middle is not that bad considering their circumstances.

They are under the same circumstances as pi kapp.. Clearly they are just full of squids who aren't smart/ cool enough to survive underground.
