Orrr you could not give a damn about what anybody thinks and go wherever you wanna spend the next 3.5 years of your life. If they hate you for it then good thing they are out of your life.

It should stress you out because with an attitude like that you could get black listed. If you think you get to choose then that is sending a bad vibe. The top tier really gets to choose you so try not to let it all go to your head. There is nothing worse than a PNM who thinks they are all that. Which ever sorority you do get a bid from if you are a nice person and upfront about your intentions then no one should quit being your friend.

Overconfidence in a PNM is absolutely the KISS OF DEATH. Seriously get over yourself. Keep in mind that all decisions are made by the group so even if you know a few people it won't make that much of a difference. Remember that the house picks you and while you have a bit of say in the end (best case scenario as you could easily blow your chances due to arrogance and overconfidence) the reality is that you need to impress many people in each house. The beauty of Elon is that its a small place. We will find you and if you are as arrogant as you sound, we will blacklist you and not just in our house. Be very careful.

Don't listen to the peasant losers. If you have friends in all top 3, you should work that. Go hang with all 3 and narrow it down to 2 and then pref them. Arrogance is good, if you can back it up. We'd take you, as long as you are not posing.

Newbie, Hi and welcome to campus. We have figured out who you are and even though we have to allow you to go to Day 1 at our house please know that FOR YOU there will be no Day 2 visit. Nope. We just don't want closed minded people like you. If you don't watch it the blacklist will extend beyond 2 houses to all the rest. Suggest to stop the chatter about only 1-2 or 3 houses, otherwise you will crash and burn out of recruitment.
