frats to look at for incoming freshman

So throughout my high school career I have gotten to know and become friends with a bunch of kids who ended up at Elon and joined fraternities. I haven't really bothered to look into Elon's fraternity scene at all beyond going to a few parties while visiting the school. The kids I know well are in Kappa Sig, Lambda, KA, and Sig Ep. I know I'll probably find out about each one when I actually get to school but was hoping if anyone could provide any insight into what each of those are like and what makes them different. Also, any other ones that should definitely be considered? Thanks.

I wish I could find out who you are and cast you into the bottom tier so hard you'd only be piping 200lb + KD's for the rest of your college years.

As you can see the maturity level of the guys at Elon is very low.
