Well I could give you the pro's and cons of those or I could do you a favor and tell you to ditch those options and go for Kappa Sig or KA instead..

Maybe KA, because they are selective (small) and have a real brotherhood. But Kappa Squid? You can't be serious. Maybe KS will do better this year, but the last 2 years have been awful for them. They are still better than the rest of the pack. Kappa Sig and Pi Kapp seem to be about equal. Pi Kapp is cooler but not a real frat and Kappa Sig has legacy but their current guys are a dropoff.

Sigma Chi is on top at Elon, but maybe not this year. Their Seniors are kind of weak douches. Lambda is always strong, but maybe not top top. And Pi Kapp is interesting, but not in their league. A couple of cool dudes cannot carry a whole fraternity which doesn't actually exist.
