by: newbyGiven the fall and impending demise of Phi Mu and the ongoing implosion of Zeta, it seems like the tier structure needs to be reevaluated for the upcoming year. If Phi Mu is relegated to lower middle tier and Zeta is bumped down to #3, then it seems like the new world order should be: 1. SK, 2. Sigma (so boring that its painful to include them on the list), 3. Zeta. If Zeta loses its charter along with Phi Mu then all bets are off and we will see a complete reinvention of the middle tier as TOP TIER which is honestly something that should have happened years ago.

I actually agree with the OP. The top tier is no more and the next recruitment will establish a new tier structure for sure. Not sure if its SK or KD in the top 3. We will see but totally see Phi Mu losing charter and Zeta on probation for grades. This makes it tricky to pledge either of these houses given the risk of them both being out over the next year. All this drama just makes the middle tier the 'new top tier' in my mind.

I think the top 3 should be DDD, Sigma and Zeta. I am with the other poster that said Sigma is boring. They are truly boring as hell and no fun to party with, real snoozers. I'd also like to agree with SK or KD in the top with AZD also having had a great last year. Adios Phi Mu and maybe even Zeta.

zeta is doing better than ever in terms of its standing with the school and with nationals. no chance they lose their charter.
