They used to be top tier and some would argue top top a long time back.
They have dropped to upper middle tier. They should be there based on their classes. They mix with Zeta as much as they mix with Phi Mu now.
They might swing back up, but overall they have a lot of jerks in the fraternity and some of the nice ones are dorks. Despite the good ones, that is what holds them back. They got the Face award this year.

It's ok music. Generic frat music with EDM and hip hop.
Not good or bad. Nothing to brag about or be embarrassed about.

Their houses are nothing special. Houses only matter so much. Top tier girls don't care for them as a group. I think now that Phi Mu has dropped like a stone they will start hanging out with them more.
