zeta just lost 10 members that failed to make grad
by: yepOh no. The grades issue is back with a vengeance. 10 members of Zeta just received notice that they failed to make minimum GPA requirements so will be unable to participate next semester. Incoming sophomore with initials 'SP' had the distinction of posting the lowest GPA ever of 1.2 and will not be able to participate next semester, at a minimum. Can't believe the group couldn't get it together to help each other out to boost the chapter GPA. Sad situation overall.

What about her Vsco? ZTA national should threaten her and then let her parents get involved with a lawsuit.

Not sure why all these messages keep popping up that say she is coming back. Not sure how this can be possible with a 1.25 GPA? If the Zeta's that seem to be defending her now had just helped her to study so she could get better grades then she would not have been kicked out. I seriously question Zeta sisterhood and scholarship due to the fact that 10 members were lost due to GPA. Where is the leadership? Certainly NOT at Zeta.

Radio silence here on the entire issue of all these people being booted out due to grades. The SP person seems delusional and actually giving the middle finger to everyone as she hasn't removed anything from her social media. Doesn't she realize she is in trouble? Why isn't her chapter leadership reaching out to help her and put a study plan in place so she can perhaps return to Elon at some point? So sad that the ZTAs on here simply are bashing Phi Mu and dont seem to have the willingness to look in the mirror and address their own leadership and sisterhood issues. I'm not a zta but I have to say this entire SP situation sounds awful. If I were SP I would be hugely pissed off and no support from my sisters. This would never happen in Sigma, just saying.

Why should anyone care what a Greek organization that removed you thinks? They have no authority. They might as well be hall monitors.

My Aunt is on the national board of Zeta. She said the situation is under review and that a remediation plan will be put on place and that the probation will be strictly supervised. Not sure how much more 'inside' you can get.
