How are Sigma Pi and ZBT different other than the religious component and one suspended ?

ZBT is a new fraternity on campus chartered a few years ago. Sigma Pi is one of the oldest fraternities at Elon 2nd to I believe Kappa Sig.

No way in hell Kappa Sig is ahead of Lambda.
Kappa Sig is in the pile with KA and PiKapp.

Kappa sigma and sigma chi are top two I'd have them even or ks number one otherwise makes sense

Lambda has gone downhill so much. Without Plant they wouldn't be even close to top. Kappa sig is a very niche frat too. I think frats like sig chi and pkp attract a wider range of people and have better parties relative to the houses they own (which makes a bigger difference than it should, in my opinion)
