Whowever made these ranks is A. a loser for making a rank based on their objective opinion of what it means to be popular. B. Someone I'd never party with. And C. Probalby a beta..... which all adds up now

Objective opinion? You are really stupid. Clearly, he has a Beer Pong Major. The rank is more than popular. Top tiers tend to have more fun, do more and be liked more. Some of the top tiers stay friends and couch surf after college. You can party with anyone, but I'd rather party with a cool celeb.
