You must be high af or a DU if you think pkp has as much of a caliber of respect as those 4 fraternities. They're not a real fraternity. And thus as they are not a fraternity, they can't and don't pledge.

That's pretty much true. But PKP has more street cred than a nonreal frat should, same with Sig Pi. That's why no one puts those 2 in the bottom tier.

PKP is very very much relevant and when they get reinstated to campus it won't be the REAL PKP that we know... Those reps above are very very spot on but PKP would be described as a real mix... I'd say they're a hybrid between Kappa Sig and Sig Chi (and maybe Lambda?)

I would try and live in historic neighborhood and be sure and go out a lot. Being good looking helps and be sure and know how to talk to the ladies.
