I don't think they will get any punishment. They will just be told that it is unacceptable behavior. They would have to punish Sigma Chi too. Warning is tops or some other slap on the wrist. Probation for a sorority almost never happens.
Elon cares more about paint getting on the grass from cooler decorating.

They did not do anything illegal. Can you really punish Phi Mu for not having any diversity? I mean it is Elon. Have you looked around?

actually, unofficial mixers aka off campus w/booze are not allowed so they technically did do something wrong. they just got cold called for it unfortunately
