new sorority
by: lmkWhen will FSL bring another org to campus? I feel like a lot of girls got turned away from recruitment because there just weren't enough spots for the number of girls that rushed.

I agree with this post a bit. Too many people either bailed from recruitment early or we don't have enough houses. Not sure what the correct answer is. I'm not sure what the quota numbers were across the board but if a few houses like Phi Mu and Zeta had to do snap bids then maybe we don't need another house but rather need to clean up the acts of houses that aren't making quota. Something is up though and we need to fix it before next recruitment.

Before the campus decides to expand, they are going to be looking for an upward trend of girls NOT getting bids not the girls who decide to drop out. Or if the pledge classes are getting too large. PNMs tend to drop out for the same reasons: 1) they didn't like who they were invited back to, 2) Greek life isn't for them or 3) they have other commitments that would take priority over joining a sorority. Those PNMs who dropped because of the first reason likely would have gotten a bid somewhere if they just stuck it through. Too many girls are entitled that they should be top tier.
