This is the way it is right now although I see zeta and sigma kappa changing places sooner rather than later.

I would bump ZTA down and swap with SK. ZTA is crashing and burning at the moment and their pledge class was less than great. SK knocked it out of the park with their class and are also fun to party with vs ZTA. I wouldn't be surprised to see AOPi above ZTA next year.

Now this is interesting. I agree with almost everything you have mentioned but for the sake of being real let's not put zeta at the very bottom. I think they will stay middle tier somewhere between azd and sigma kappa.

You all must be kidding to put SK up that high. They are a bunch of posers/wannabes...bump them down and swap their rank with delta. Delta is on the rise and SK and azd are on the decline.

Delta is not on the rise, maybe a little rise.
They are just staying strong. The middle tier all moved up this year and Delta moved up enough to maintain in this competitive tier.
SK went from bottom of the middle or top of the bottom tier to strong in the middle tier. That's on the rise.

It's just a little bit of shuffling in the mid tier. A lot of the top has lost some girls to the middle. This was DF's plan. It's kind of happening even if it's not due to him.
