zeta taking pledges with major grade issues
by: outI have heard from a number of people that Zeta took on a number of pledges with borderline grade issues and if this is true and the grades don't trend upward this semester they could lose 30+% of their class. Has anyone else heard this?

I think it's quite interesting is that the only 'almost' commentary from a supposed zeta is a snarky response about being 'hot' and not about sisterhood or anything relating to the original post which was about GRADES! I guess the reason the grades are substandard is because there is an inability to read a very simple question and give a very simple answer. Based on how this question is being dealt with so far my guess is that we are looking at 30% fewer of the so-called 'hot' zetas. So funny how the old adage about believing someone the first time when they tell you who they are very much relates to the ZETA sisters.

This situation is about to get real now! I heard today that the deans office has asked for a recalculation of GPA stats for all houses (not just zeta) along with gpa stats on the incoming pledge classes. If there are as many borderline situations as people thing then there will be consequences for zeta. I also wondered if someone at zeta did the basic math to see the impact on their overall gpa of taking on the pledges that they did take on this year. What I heard was that if the stats are compiled with the incoming pledge class that the overall gpa level is below national acceptable level. Note to zeta: this is an issue!

Back up your GPA statements with fact. For instance, I saw on the GL website their fall 2016 GPA was 3.357. While it Is not the highest, it's respectable, and certainly not as dire as you all intimated. The way you all were carrying on, it sounded like their GPA was below a 2.0. Facts please.

They say that every year. It never happens. Always top tier in some form.
