How exactly did Lambda suddenly get into hot water? What is the likelihood that they will avoid punishment?

both pi kapp and sig pi got kicked off for hazing.
but at least for sig pi, one of the pledges reported himself as being hazed so that probably was why they ended up getting kicked off.
but since the lambda kid isn't reporting or anything they should be fine.
