From an outsiders experience with the top tiers at Elon sigma is by far the realest group of girls. Equally as hot as zta but not nearly as boring, these girls really know how to cut loose and party. Sisterhood is strong enough, has its problems here and there but as does every org. If I had to choose a top tier to be in it'd 100% be sigma.

No doubt in top tier at Elon. Equal to zta probably more genuine girls though. Seem like a tight knit sisterhood, although the girls can be crazy partiers. Some say the only people who like sigmas are sigmas.

Top tier no doubt and filled with girls who have personality. I really like how each member has something to offer to her organization and this sorority adheres to a values based recruitment. I like their vibe. Philanthropy and grades are important but its a work hard play hard mentality.
