Kappa Delta - ΚΔ Sorority Ratings at EU

KD seems like a unique experience for anyone looking for that. Super bonded sisterhood and they get a bad rap sometimes bc they aren't as traditional as the rest but you'll find genuine Pol and connections there if thats what you want out of a sorority

My issue with Kappa Delta is the fact that one of its sisters runs Barstool Elon. Furthermore, she has turned to defamation by posting negative things about Tri Sigma mere days before recruitment starts and refuses to take it down. Additionally, many Kappa Delta sisters are supporting that decision. I think its petty and ridiculous that there is a sense of sabotage during recruitment week. Is it simply because Tri Sigma is top tier and Kappa Delta is bottom tier? I suspect that is the case. But additionally, in this video they are exploiting Sigma Pi brothers. Lets try and be nice and cordial Kappa Delta, and not try and ruin the reputation of other greek organizations to better that of your own. Easily the lowest Greek organization we have

pc this year was mixed bag but i can tell that it draws in a lot of smart girls who value friendship over status, either way they can still have a good time

KD has changed a lot over the past couple of years of wanting to move up in the greek life community. There are a variety of different girls in KD which makes it hard. KD gets the reputation of being the lame sorority on campus because it's not the stereotypical looking sorority vibe. They are wanting to change their reputation and we'll see how that works out.

Not fond of the KD girls. Super awkward and not socially sophisticated. The girls can’t even hold and intelligent conversation for more than 30 seconds. What a joke when compare to sigma, zeta. Wow

KD has a diverse group of women in their org and is one of the best sisterhoods on campus. If you want to be apart of an org with genuine people and make lifelong connections with ambitious women KD is the place to go. All the girls are so sweet and welcoming. Their focus isn’t to get the attention of boys or party but rather to build a strong community of confident women.

KD is kind of the anti-sorority sorority, but that's the way I like it! I get the cool events and philanthropy with a group of girls that I feel confident and comfy around! Def a place for people who are unsure if greek life is for them. We get all types, but that's kinda the best part. You really can't judge KD based on one sister because we are all pretty unique.

I just think it’s funny how many people think that KDs join the org cuz they didn’t get any other bids. There’s definitely some of those (probs like 15 in the last pc who are just hella weird or toxic) but most of the girls join because they went into recruitment looking for a real sisterhood, not girls to party with. If that’s what you’re looking for KD may be your top choice. If you are looking to impress a frat guy, go Zeta/Sigma and forget KD even exists.

KD girls are always so genuine and sweet!! They really care about each other and are so non-judgmental. I ended up going towards some different orgs but I have so much respect for KD.

Kappa delta is a sorority that cares more about their sisterhood and forming lifelong friends than their tier on campus. People from this org care about their success but are also able to have fun with each other and out on the weekends. These people are smart, genuine, and know how to have a good time. Their popularity takes a hit bc the women are very different. There simply isn't a way to generalize the entire group into a cookie cutter group "social/not social", "care about looks/don't" etc.
