landlords don't care it's not like on campus frats treat the houses any better??? if the landlord has let them keep it this long it's not going anywhere soon

Pi Kapp holds the most leases out of any operational fraternity, on-campus or otherwise. Landlords couldn't care less if the school recognizes the fraternity living in the house

It more so comes down to numbers. Once less guys rush an off-campus fraternity, they won’t have enough brothers to keep all their houses. Sure, they’ll probably devote all their resources to plant but they’ll start losing houses...eventually.
