not invited to sigma/phi mu/zeta social events=not top tier. they might have a solid sisterhood but they're way too all over the place. top tier=strong sisterhood, classy and attractive image, good reputation with other top tier sororities and frats. if and until you get there consider yourself middle tier thanks.
