because "top tier" is only based on looks, DU isn't considered top tier and is newer. but as a woman at elon, i feel like this is the most down-to-earth, classy fraternity on campus. they aren't the most attractive, but they're overall really great friendly guys. they treat women with respect and don't treat them like objects. they're not the typical frat douche which is A GOOD THING :)
