Their rushes literally bring straighteners to recruitment, they only care about looks. Very superficial and judgmental, will not take a girl if they deem her "too nerdy" or "too hood." Their philanthropy events are subpar

One of the national sororities on campus that really care about their charities and put lots of effort into their events and are always attending others'. The sisters are all involved in a bunch of other stuff on campus, you can find them everywhere!

They throw a couple of parties per year. They are generally your sterotypical frat guys. They seem to be quite diverse. They aren't involved on campus. Our school has a ranking system for greek life and they aren't even three star. Brotherhood is really tight. They will usually have each other backs for the good and the bad. They have lost members in the past but again, that can vary.

Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity was the First Greek Letter organization at Stony Brook, followed several weeks later by their sister Sorority, Zeta Phi Beta. For years they represented Greek Life at Stony Brook and made it possible for all others to come on the "Yard".
